The New Israel Fund (NIF) supports the vision of the Israeli declaration of independence: social justice and equality for all people in the Jewish State, without regard to religion, race, or gender. To date, NIF has supported 800 cutting-edge organizations with $200 million in grants. They work on issues as diverse as domestic violence, fair placement of the Fence, Bedouin women’s rights and education, environmentally responsible development, and employment rights for those who observe Shabbat.
